1) Where are you located?
Raskin and Associates is located across from Oxmoor Mall, behind Ken Towery's Tire and Autocare
on New LaGrange Road.

2) Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. Please call us to verify that we are network providers for your plan. Your insurance company can also provide this information.
3) What type of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, or checks
4) Can you prescribe medication if needed?
Psychologists do not prescribe medication. However, we can refer you to your Primary Care Physician or a psychiatrist if medication intervention is needed.
5) What are your office hours?
The office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and later by
appointment. After 4:30 p.m., please leave your message
on the answering system. Our psychologists' voice mails
can be accessed after hours in an emergency. During
office hours, the office staff will link you to their
voice mail if your psychologist is not available.
6) What information is needed when scheduling an initial appointment?
When calling to schedule the first appointment, please have your insurance card handy.
7) What do I bring to the first appointment?
You should bring with you your insurance card and picture ID. If the appointment is for a child, the parents picture ID is sufficient. Additionally, it will be important to download and complete the
New Patient Paperwork to bring with you as well.
8) When should I arrive for the initial appointment?
If the New Patient Paperwork is completed, 10 minutes before your appointment is sufficient. 30 minutes prior to the appointment is required if the New Patient Paperwork is not completed.
